Shipping policy
We take great care in packing each parcel so that it arrives safely, wherever in the world you are. All printables orders are shipped from your Country in form of POD (Print on demand company) Orders of scarves and our special products are shipped from Edinburgh working Monday to Friday (except UK public holidays).
Here’s a handy guide to our delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes for customers across the globe. These are the timeframes we try to work within but there may be the odd delay due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs or busy periods.

We currently ship orders from the United Kingdom to:
United Kingdom, European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria and other EU countries in our shipping zone), International destinations including United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada and other countries listed at checkout
If your country is not shown at checkout, we’re not able to ship there yet, but we might be able to find a solution, so please contact us.

Free shipping: on orders of £50.00 and above
European Union (EU)
Service: Domestic/EU Standard Price: £9.00
Delivery time: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch

International (outside UK & EU)

Service: International Standard, Price: £13.00
Delivery time: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch

Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.
3. Processing time of order
Orders are usually sent within 1-2 business days. Delivery may take 5-8 days for Custom and POD Products.
Processing may take a little longer during busy periods or promotions; if there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email , WhatsApp, or phone.
If a shipment is refused because of customs duties, local charges, or tariffs, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded, and the cost of returning the parcel will be taken out of your refund.
When you place an order, please make sure you enter a complete residential or business address along with a valid email address and phone number. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or freight‑forwarding addresses.
